Statista - annoying airplane passsengers

Travel responsibly

For me, now that COVID-19 allows it, it’s time to have a break and switch off from the daily routine for a bit. For all who are about to fly somewhere, make sure you would be considered as a pleasant travel companion avoiding all the most annoying habits that can made a trip uncomfortable for others around you. Have a look to the stats, then have a great holiday! 🙂

From a research conducted by Expedia, it’s possible to be certain that constantly kicking, grabbing or bumping the seat on a bus or plane is the most annoying behaviour one can have, followed by producing any kind of aromas and being an inattentive parent, and other 7 irritating attitudes included on the chart.

Other than abstaining from these disagreeable 10 actions, make sure to remember to wear properly your facemask and that people always prefer peace and quiet when travelling. Plus, according to over 90% of global respondents it’s not ok to be barefoot during a flight: if you absolutely need to get more comfortable on a long flight, just remove your shoes, keep your socks on, possibly wear slippers, and pay attention not to rest your feet on other’s seats or invade other rows.

If you aren’t reading this data just for fun, but instead because you have – or are thinking of creating – a business in the traveling sectors and you are interested in having a more comprehensive understanding of this market, I would love to hear from you.
