September 30th – Brand Festival [event in Jesi including my speech]

From September 29th to October 5th, Jesi [Ancona, Italy] and its beautiful historic centre will host the Brand Festival, a week-long event entirely dedicated to the brand and its identity.

I’ll be there too: my speech is scheduled for Friday 30th September between 9.30am and 1.00pm, , during which I will illustrate the concept that has always underpinned my professional approach: Brand Care.

On Friday 30th September the Brand Festival dedicates the whole day to “Branding in Italy” the opening session is at 9.30am with the presentation of “UNI / PDR 111: the international regulation on the design and management of the brand”. My speech “Genesis of the guiding principle” will be part of this panel.

UNI/PDR 111 was born from an idea of Roberto Grandicelli [his speech will be in the same panel] to create a guiding tool aimed at supporting the development of a brand throughout its life cycle.
MARCARE is the group of experts, coordinated by Roberto, who worked for 2 years on drafting the regulation. The group – as the naming makes clear – was inspired by the concept of Brand Care which I coined in 2006, and which still remains today a perfect synthesis of my professional approach to the brand.
