BRIEF: to create a strategic plan and a name for a new label of food products packed in spout pouches to be marketed by Dodaco internationally
TASK: brand analysis; business goals definition; analysis of the basket of products to be marketed and of the brand idea; target definitionand analysis; analysis of the sector scenario and consumption trends at a global level; definition and analysis of competitive advantage, added values and brand values; design of the brand name and creative direction for the creation of the trademark; strategic consulting regarding the new business development.
