BRIEF: to create a strategic plan and a name for a new label of food products packed in spout pouches to be marketed internationally
TASK: analysis of the basket of products to be marketed and of the brand idea; definition and analysis of targets; analysis of the sector scenario and consumption trends at a global level; definition and analysis of competitive advantage, added values and brand values; design of the name and creative direction for the creation of the trademark; strategic consultancy regarding the new business development.
